Nicolas Gazeu:

I build systems that make complexity simple — the kind that don’t just look smart, but work every day.

Before founding Realycs, I spent six years inside the industrial world — leading supplier digitization programs across Europe, managing 270+ vendors, building digital control towers, and driving a factory transfer and new product launch as part of the plant’s direction committee at Schneider Electric.

That’s where I learned that growth without structure breaks things.

I founded Realycs to share what I learned in industry — the methods, the systems, and the technology — with other businesses that face the same operational chaos in different forms.

Because the discipline that makes a factory run can make any organization more efficient, predictable, and resilient.

From Factory Floors to AI Systems

My approach hasn’t changed — only the tools evolved.

Where I once optimized assembly lines, I now design AI automations and intelligent workflows that let companies operate like top-tier factories: reliable, connected, and predictable.

The mission is simple: Make execution visible. Make progress inevitable.

With expertise in AI agents, Business Intelligence, and Project Management (PMP), I help teams automate what slows them down, visualize what matters, and execute faster — with the same discipline that runs world-class operations.

Why Me

Because I’ve lived the pressure: The firefighting, the lost hours, the broken processes.

And I know what it takes to replace them with systems that actually hold. I’ve led supplier networks, coached engineering teams, and built automations now running in production for manufacturers, consultants, and founders.

Whether it’s cleaning data, structuring flows, or launching a working AI product in six weeks — I bring industrial precision to modern business problems.

About me:

I’m a French entrepreneur living in Hungary with my wife and kids.

I believe in building with intent — in work, in family, and in systems.

When I’m not designing automation flows, I’m usually outdoors — running, swimming, or planning what comes next.

I founded Realycs with one goal:

to bring industrial discipline into the age of AI — and make it accessible to everyone who builds and runs things.
